Got the other two chairs to the restorer’s factory at Bandar Sri Damansara . The chairs got moss on them . Also, the leather will be hard to replace as according to the restorer this type of leather is old and difficult to find. Also, if changing the upholstery of seat of the chair , requires also the changing of the backing for the shoulder rest. This means that the restorer has to un-do the thumbtacks at the shoulder rest . Restorer says difficult to do , sigh.

I have to do the restoration of furniture and slowly take my time on it . I need to choose carefully which pieces of furniture I want to be restored . Probably this will take more time and effort and more costly than if I buy new furniture . However , a few of the pieces of furniture are timeless and got sentimental value so would be worth it .
