The timber flooring has been done . However, installers will come in one month time to sanding and coating of the floors. The installing is not done by the tongue and groove method which ideally would be the best because the wood strips are too thin . The wood strips are glued on the cement floor but the floor has been treated as in the wood strips do not touch the ground. This is to prevent moisture so that the wooden strips will not get warped and get to stick longer . I need to check how long is the guarantee for this .
