It is with great sadness that I write this post . Yesterday , I got a message on my mobile phone from the next door neighbor of the house in Muar. Her husband had just telephoned the police and ambulance . In her message , she had told me that my sub-contractor Mike was in his car parked in the driveway of the house and that she believes that he is dead in his car.

I had met Mike at the house on last Saturday in Muar house together with my Aunt . He was fine and as usual we chatted on the remaining items that were to be done in the house . He had come alone from KL as he was doing the piping for the washing machine in the kitchen in the house . He was 2 years younger than me and he is fit . I found out later that he had no medical history.

Fortunately , I had installed CCTVs last Saturday so I was able to see through my mobile , the ambulance , police and forensics arriving at the house . I had to call Encik Rahman to go immediately to the house as I was in KL. If not, I would have to drive to Muar myself as the police would want to question me .

The police called me several times yesterday as they needed to get into the house to see the footage of the CCTV to ascertain no foul play or crime committed . From the footage of the CCTV , there was no foul play so police were able to release the car . His body was sent to the morgue at the General Hospital Muar and a post-mortem will be done today to ascertain probable cause of death today . The police told me that he probably died on the 4 Dec in the early hours of the morning in his car due to a heart attack . This means , his body has been in the car for more than 24 hours !

He died alone in his car on my driveway at the house in Muar ! This is so sad and shocking .
