Went to Egypt for a much needed holiday with 2 good friends . Flew from KL via Doha to Bahrain to meet up with Saliha . Also, I wanted to withdraw whatever money left in Bahraini dinars to be transfered to my Malaysian account . I needed the money to finance the extras for the house in Muar.

The Malaysia Airlines flight from KLIA to Doha was delayed for 2 hours .Therefore my arrival into Doha was delayed. Subsequently , I had to rush to get the connected flight to Bahrain at Doha Airport . I managed to catch my flight but my bag did not ha !! But all is not lost as was able to recover the bag later in the evening, thank gawd . Was spending 2 nights in Bahrain before leaving for Cairo on Monday evening . Went out with 2 other friends for dinner at Adliya . Hilarious chat as usual .

Manage to do the banking at Bahrain and also pay a courtesy call to my ex-uni & meet a few people .

Later caught the Qatar flight via Doha ( it was cheaper ) to Cairo . The meal on Qatar Airlines was great , enjoyed the dinner ( but maybe was hungry! ) . The dinner served was certainly better than Malaysia Airlines !!

Met Rahiyah at Cairo Airport . We have got a customized tour , just the 3 of us for Egypt. Will update in another posting for happenings in Egypt .
