We paid extra to visit Tutankhamen, the Boy King who died at 19 years old of malaria . He was crowned when he was 9 years old. His mummy is the only mummy left at the Valley of the Kings .

Poor him… he is not left in peace since he was found by Howard Carter in 1922. His tomb is rather shallow with just a short flight of steps. I asked the Guide , what about his Roh ? Guide told me rather pragmatically that is because of the ancient Egyptians have given barakat to the Egyptian people so the Roh2x would be appreased !!

Forgot to mention , gold found at the tomb was almost intact for example, gold mask etc are at the Egyptian Museum . Robbers did not see his tomb because his tomb was on top of another tomb so was hidden .
