Had the contractor for 3 days in the house to do a few minor corrections plus one major correction.
The minor corrections include lengthening the installation height of the sconces at all of the walls in the house . This is because the height of the sconces were or seem to be too short . The other correction that needs to be done is one of the bathroom doors were not adjusted properly . This is because the bathroom doors are installed as barnyard doors that have a sliding mechanism.

The contractor kept calling me due to the SMART door installed because he could not get into the house . I did give him an temporary online password to get in about 3x , sigh .
The major correction is the bathroom because the use of the shower or bidet results in the water over flowing to other parts of the bathroom . This means that the bathroom floor cannot be dry which is not what I want . There must be a small indentation between the floor part of shower/ bidet/toilet to the other parts of the bathroom so that water will not flow to the other parts of the bathroom floor . Then only the the other part of the bathroom floor can be dry. I want a partially dry bathroom on the the side where the mirror and bathroom sink with free-hanging cupboards. Wet bathroom floors are slippery and can be hazardous .
Let’s see how the contractor has managed to rectify the above.
