Got the restorer to fix up the wrought iron chairs of my mum’s that was unused for many years . He did the chairs quite well I think . The chairs were power-coated so the black paint should last longer . He also made the chairs sturdier .There are 4 chairs and the glass table top . I have made new cushion covers and new foam for the cushions too.

My mother bought the chairs and table a long time ago as far as I can remember . I can use them in the Muar house. I just need to figure out where in the Muar house but I am sure , there is a place for them. The restoration & repair charges are not cheap .The restorer has done work for Badan Warisan so his work is ok and I am quite satisfied with the quality of repairs he has done.

Hmmmm… perhaps that’s why many people prefer to throw out old items of their parents and buy new furniture .
