On the 4th day of the trip, I drove from Muar to Johore Bahru. The drive took me about 2.5 hours as I wasn’t driving fast .

We arrived in Johore Bahru after lunch . We stop by the highway R&R and had our lunch and more fish asam pedas . The fish asam pedas was pretty good . After putting our luggage into our hotel room , we went to visit my cousin Ati. I had informed her prior to my visit so she knew we were coming .

The front glass for the dresser was broken . For the dresser to be used, the glass needs to be replaced firstly . Its an old dresser belonging to my late aunt from whom I bought the Muar house from . There is space for it in the kitchen cum dining room . I have to figure out the logistics of getting it fixed and transporting it from Johore Bahru to Muar . The dresser and garden bench probably needs to be restored in Muar , sigh . I have to find a restorer in Muar, sigh .

We took Ati out for dinner at the infamous Kacang Pol Haji Shop. We went around driving around Johore Bahru but Ati is a poor tourist guide . She does not know the scenic roads with houses  facing Selat Trebau haha. She told me she only drives out when necessary.
