I thought I would write what I did in Muar for this 4 days to make myself feel productive . Hitched a ride with my Muar neighbor’s daughter Wei Wei late Friday night . Had to drive to her condo , which is in Bandar Tun Hussein Onn and had no idea where that was . GPS saved me !

There are 3 blocks of high rise apartments , I am not sure I can live like that but the development is massive . The car park itself is multi-storey and quite confusing . Left my car at her car park. Hope I can find it when I get back to KL ! Left KL at 10 pm or so but many, many cars on the road as it was Eid Aidil Adha on Saturday . Traffic was slow. Finally arrived in Muar at 3 am and slept till noon the next day . Did nothing much on Saturday but a kind old friend came , Linda and brought me lots of glorious food – nasi empit, rendang ayam & daging , toast with cheese and fried rice . It was really , really kind of her to do so .

Sunday , the cleaner came and the house had a thorough clean , thank god . Yesterday the electrician came to fix the side bathroom lights and the lights at the Rumah Kebun.

It doesn’t look too bad and the lights needed re-wiring . The electrician was able to do that .

Bought 4 lights so were able to use all the 4 lights which is great . At least they are being used . Waiting for the AC man to come to look at the AC as water was dripping into the living room from the AC .

Took a photo of the contents in the Rumah Kebun so that I know what items I have put in there . If not, I forget .

Next chore to do when I am in Muar is to fix the bin’s wheel . There seems to be never ending chores to be done . Oh well !
