Random old houses in Muar

Since making  frequent visits to Muar , been noticing old houses in Muar . 2 houses caught my eye so here it is .

Old wooden house about 4 doors away from my house
Liked the ” serambi”, little halfway balcony
Graveyard of ancestors of the owners of the house . During the olden days, they bury their loved ones in their compund . It make sense as easier to pay respects when graves are nearby

House was infront of a padang ( field ). Nice location

Stayed in the car to take photos of this house as it was a very hot day . Really, really liked it but requires extensive renovation that needs lots & lots of money . Huge potential though .
