A small patch at the kebun

I have not been going back to Muar since March 18 so it’s been a month . This partly due to meetings I have to physically attend in KL and dentist visits .

I need to go back maybe middle May if not sooner to settle the small patch of land at the kebun . I need to discuss with Hamid, the part-time gardener cum grass cutter .

More flatenning of the small patch in the kebun
The small patch as seen from the back garden of the house

The small patch requires more soil and probably fertilizer before I can grow anything on it .

Also , I need to think of electrifying this part of the kebun if I intend to grow any type of planting due to the invasion of the wild boars into the kebun . No hurry on growing anything. The soil is hard so hopefully with frequent rains, this will soften the soil abit.

Hedges growing , will take 1 year before they take off at a height that gives a bit of privacy & shade to the house

Hamid has weeded the edges of the hedges . The white tall pipe protuding is for the sewage , its an odor pipe haha.

The back of the house with the Rumah Kebun . Did the outside wooden blinds to give privacy & shade.
Got all types of pots leftover stacked at the side of the Rumah Kebun

The grass has taken off quite well due to the rain . Photos courtesy of Hamid !
