Duku-langsats at the kebun

According to Hamid , the duku-langsats have been flowering . Last year, I did get a harvest of duku-langsats so its of no surprise that the duku-langsats trees are flowering .

Photos courtesy from Hamid. There are about 3 – 5 duku-langsat trees.
Hopefully , get some fruits soon. Need to check the mangosteen tree .
Told Hamid to take the dry leaves and put it on the small patch that was levelled at the kebun. Hope this turns into mulch.
Grass looks ok . Front garden

Actually , bought a book on composting (haha ) so hoping all those dry leaves and cutted grass becomes mulch . The book explains the process of composting in a scientific manner to my very unscientific mind !! I need to read it slowly but composting is something I want to consider . Composting not with food scraps ( this might attract rats but the book shows way to repel rats ) but with cut grass and dry leaves. Lets see how it goes .
