Today we checked out of our accomodation from Burano . We transfered to an self catering apartment at St.Marks Square .  Its a 13 century apartment but had a long flight of stairs so carrying luggage is a hassle . The girl waited for us so she carried our luggage thank gawd. The apartment is quite beautiful but not terribly practical. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room cum dining room and kitchen .

We had to take a vaporetto from Burano to Murano , change at Murano to fortunenly get a straight vaporetto to St.Marco’s. This took like 1.5 hours and the cross a bridge (bridge had ramps essential with luggage ) to get to this apartment . Its quite a spacious apartment to be honest.

We got in at 3pm, it was very hot. At about 4 pm, we went to visit Orto Giardino del Convento del Santissimo Redentore — usually called the Giardino del Redentore or Redentore Convent Garden.

This garden is hidden and it has a vegetable & fruit garden.

This place is managed Venice Garden Foundation . This garden only open in 2024 . There were only locals and the garden is not well known among tourists.

We had dinner at Accademia Bridge . The bridge is a wooden bridge that crosses the Grand Canal. There are 4 bridges that crosses the Grand Canal. One of course is the Rialto Bridge.
